I had experiences of different voice processes. So, I grabbed the opportunity as it was supposed to concentrating on calling process. It was outgoing survey calling and market place was my native country. I was supposed to use native languages beside English.  

Our Client:

Our client was from US and a big event management house. He started his business and tried to spread it across the country. As he did not had much experience and had no idea how to start. We had a mutual contract as I had some idea and experience about survey callings. It was a long term contract.  


The main challenge me and my team faced was our client did not have a clear conception about what kind of profile he wants. Like their work experiences, fees, portfolio, work examples and many more.  


At that point I had to help him out. I collected few informations by categories with the help of Search Engines and social media platform. After discussion when everything was set, we started collecting the information and contacts and saved those in MS-Excel. Later, our work was to do Cold Calling and authenticate the information and give it to the client.  


After our so hard work, it pays off. Currently, my client had spread his business across the country with the help of the contacts created by my team. He is getting more and more work as the teams he had built, is really passionate and creative and best at what they do. I get satisfaction when I see my clients are happy and satisfied.

Further Scope:

Now, the ultimate satisfied client started a new survey and the responsibility came to us.  Now, I am confident and experienced about any kind of survey calling process with my team.
